• From Baltimore Beltway (I695), take I70 west to MD Rte 97 southbound
• MD Rte 97 south for 1.8 miles to Carrs Mill Rd
• Right on Carrs Mill Rd 0.4 miles to Park Entrance on right

From Washington DC & Virginia:
• From Washington Beltway (I495), take I95 north to MD Rte 32 westbound
• MD Rte 32 west for 12.5 miles to Burntwoods Rd
• Left on Burntwoods Rd 2.7 miles to MD Rte 97
• Right on MD Rte 97 for 1.6 miles to Carrs Mill Rd
• Left on Carrs Mill Rd 0.4 miles to Park Entrance on right

From Frederick and points west:
• I70 east to MD Rte 97 southbound
• MD Rte 97 south for 1.8 miles to Carrs Mill Rd
• Right on Carrs Mill Rd 0.4 miles to Park Entrance on right

From Columbia:
• Take MD Rte 32 towards I70 to Burntwoods Rd
• Left on Burntwoods Rd 2.7 miles to MD Rte 97
• Right on MD Rte 97 for 1.6 miles to Carrs Mill Rd
• Left on Carrs Mill Rd 0.4 miles to Park Entrance on right

Parking
Parking for this will be inside the park and at Bushy Park Elementary School and Glenwood Middle School located on the corner of Carrs Mill Road and MD Rte 97. Please do not park in strip mall along MD97. See athlete's guide for more details.

*Athletes and spectators may park in the main lot inside Western Regional Park on race day using the library entrance off of route 97 only. Carrs Mill Rd and the main entrance to Western Regional Park will be closed to traffic on race day.
